Membership – registration

When renting an apartment, shares must be acquired, at the latest, at the time of signing the rental agreement. As we have no vacancies in our housing stock, it only makes sense to acquire membership if you are under no time pressure to look for an apartment.

The duration of the membership is decisive for the allocation of living space and specified in our statutes.

With the acquisition of one share to the amount of 620,00 Euro you become a member in our cooperative. Up to 80m² two cooperative shares, for sizes with more than 80m² three cooperative shares are required. Per member a maximum of three shares may be purchased. A dividend is distributed on the credit balance. The dividend is made upon the decision of an annual general assembly and currently amounts to 4 %.

In case of termination of the membership a written cancellation notice up until the 31.12. of the year is required. As per resolution of the general meeting, the dividend is paid out to the shareholders in the middle of the second year.
